If racing is abandoned before race 5 has been run, general admission guests will be re-admitted to one subsequent meeting, free of charge within 3 months of the abandoned meeting, on production of a race card for the abandoned meeting. Restaurant guests will be offered a 50% discount on a future booking, within 3 months of the abandoned meeting. The offer of re-admission or 50% discount cannot be used for a Boxing Day race meeting. If racing is abandoned from race 5 onward, no re-admission or discount will be offered. Under no circumstances can any money be refunded.
