Spectator Code of Conduct

At Romford Greyhound Stadium we are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable entertainment experience.

Due to the lockdown we are currently racing behind closed doors.

Once we are able to re-open please be aware of the following booking conditions:

Due to the Government restrictions, households cannot mix. Bookings can be for a maximum of 6 people and from one household only. We will confirm this upon booking, and again on arrival. You will be required to prove this with ID.

We are unable to accept bookings from areas in a higher Tier than the London Borough of Havering is in.

Due to guidelines, Friday and Saturday general admission bookings include a meal from the snack bar. Weekday racing will be behind closed doors only.

Customers are required to wear a facial covering when entering or leaving the stadium and when moving around the stadium, unless seated at their table.

Whilst at the stadium, if you experience COVID-19 symptoms please contact a member of staff immediately who will be able to advise.

Guests are expected to remain seated, consume alcohol in a responsible manner and not engage in abusive language or behaviour.

We will allocate guests a seat on arrival. Guests will remain in the section designated to them with no access to the outside terracing.

Customers cannot move between designated areas and are to follow social distancing measures at all times.

Romford Greyhound Stadium will operate as a table service for food, beverages and tote facilities. Guests are not permitted to approach the bars, tote counters or fast food area.

Romford Greyhound Stadium will offer a preferred payment process by card for food and beverages, however cash is accepted. Tote betting facilities will be cash only.

Stay alert and stay safe – Social distancing measures have been put in place at the stadium, one-way systems, reduced capacity & hand sanitation areas are available. Customers are to follow one way direction at all times.

Only food and drink purchased on the premises to be consumed in the stadium.

The stadium is a non-smoking venue. Customers are not permitted to smoke anywhere on the premises and will not be re-admitted if they leave.

Romford Greyhound Stadium reserves the right to conduct bags searches on entry of the stadium. Bags to be made available for security on arrival. Only bring bags to the stadium if necessary.

All booking details will be retained for 21 days in line with government guidelines on track and trace.

In the event on an emergency guests are expected to follow staff directions regarding facility operations and emergency response procedures.

Guests can park in our car park at their own risk. Romford Greyhound Stadium does not accept liability for any accidents, damage or losses.

A breach of social distancing and stadium rules may result in ejection from the track without a refund.

Romford Greyhound Stadium management reserves the right to deny entry at any time.

Before arriving at the stadium customers will be required to read their booking confirmation form, sent via email, as it is important that this is understood before entering the stadium.
